How do I find my photos?
Search by event name, school or town, then filter by album (team / age group) or type your race number. Every photo also has a unique ID like PG3K7QA2 that you can search directly.
What sizes do I get?
Small (1200px) for WhatsApp and social media, Medium (2400px) for screens and small prints, Large (4000px) for prints up to A3, and Original for full resolution. All downloads are watermark-free.
How do I pay?
Card, instant EFT and SnapScan in South African Rand. Prices include VAT. Guest checkout is available — no account needed.
Where's my download?
Right after payment you land on your order page and we email you a secure link. Links expire for security, but you can return to your order page any time to generate a fresh one.
Can I get a refund?
Because downloads are delivered instantly, refunds are issued for technical faults (corrupt or wrong file) or duplicate purchases. Contact support within 7 days with your order number.
I'm a photographer — how do payouts work?
Sales accrue to your ledger and become available 7 days after purchase. Payouts go to your South African bank account once you reach the R500 minimum, weekly or monthly depending on your plan.
