Terms of service
Terms for buying and selling digital photographs on PhotoGecko.
Licence
Purchased photos are licensed for personal, non-commercial use: printing, sharing with family and posting to personal social media. Commercial use requires the photographer's written consent.
Photographers
Sellers warrant they hold the rights to everything they upload and that they have permission to photograph at the events listed. Content involving minors must comply with school and event policies.
Payments
All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. PhotoGecko acts as agent for the photographer; commission and gateway fees are deducted before payout.
