Refund policy
When and how PhotoGecko refunds digital photo purchases.
Instant delivery
Digital files are delivered immediately, so change-of-mind refunds are not available once a file has been downloaded.
We will refund
Corrupt or incorrect files, duplicate purchases, or photos removed following a valid takedown request. Contact us within 7 days with your order number.
How
Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days and reflected in the photographer's ledger.
