How PhotoGecko processes personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act.
What we collect
Name, email, phone (optional) and order history. Photographers additionally supply business and banking details for payouts.
Why
To deliver your purchases, prevent fraud, pay photographers and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information.
Takedown requests
Parents or guardians may request removal of any photo of their child. Email privacy@photogecko.co.za with the photo ID and we will action it within 48 hours.
